    One player on the court must have a membership to the Beth Rutledge
    Tennis Center
                                           
    A membership may be purchased at the Jess Odom Community Center  
                                              
    During daylight hours the courts will be available on a first come, first serve
    basis. When courts are full and members are waiting, play should be limited
    to 1.5 hrs. for singles or doubles    
                             
    The courts may be reserved for play at night with lights for 1.5 hours. There
    is a $5.00 charge for the rental and the court must be reserved
    and paid for at the Community Center before 5pm on the day of play
                 
    If you have reserved the lights for play, they will automatically come
    on at the scheduled start time. The lights will automatically go off 15
    minutes after the scheduled end time. This extra time is given to
    ensure a safe exit from the tennis complex. This extra time should
    only be used for th last rental of the night. You must be off the
    courts at your scheduled end time when another rental is waiting.
    The last available rental ends at 10pm.
                                           
    The courts are to be used for recreational play and for programs and
    activities approved and/or sponsored   by the City. Instruction may be
    given by authorized city Staff instructors only. City Courts may not be
    used for unauthorized instruction
                                            
    NO bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, roller blades, or similar
    items are allowed are allowed on  the tennis courts.NO EXCEPTIONS!  
    Any violation will be considered an act of vandalism and subject to penalties
    under the law.        
                                    
    Food, pets, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, and glass
    containers are not allowed in the tennis enclosure. Water and
    sports drinks in capped plastic beverage bottles are permitted
                                                
    Only tennis shoes, or sneakers are allowed on the tennis courts.
    Hard sole shoes and black sole sneakers are prohibited due to possible court
    damage.  
                                                 
    Players should leave tennis courts during lighting or thunderstorms or
    any other climatic conditions that may endanger players.
                                                
    Make sure the gates are locked when you are done playing.
                                                 
    Please Help Keep YOUR Tennis Courts Clean! Use the provided
    trash containers.
